Application
The aluminium radiator brazing furnace is used to braze aluminum heat exchangers such as radiators, intercoolers, evaporators,
and heater radiator under protective nitrogen atmosphere. The flux used is NOCOLOK flux.
Build Up
The CAB aluminum radiator brazing furnace is comprised of the following parts: round shape fluxer, flux mixing and supply device, the drying oven, the front curtain chamber, the preheating oven, the brazing oven, the air cooling chamber, the rear curtain chamber, the air blast chamber, the driving system, the water and gas pipeline, the electrical control system.

Advantages
All stainless steel 304 fluxing chamber and reinforced structure of the body can ensure long-term trouble-free use of spraying machine.
The fluxing can spray brazing flux to the core and the header. The easily dismantled nozzles can spray the workpiece accurately according to the requirements.
The aluminium radiator brazing furnace is designed with a manual coating area between the fluxing chamber and the drying oven.
The cylindrical design of the fluxing chamber of the furnace ensures that no accumulation of flux occurs during the collection process. In this way, the overall running cost of the aluminum radiator brazing furnace is saved.
The height of the air knife of the spray high-pressure fan can be adjusted to remove the excess flux better. The CAB aluminium radiator brazing furnace has a low running cost.
