The high speed radiator production line includes the 280m/min fin machine section, the tube-fin arrangement table,
and core builder table section.
Introduction to fin machine section
The high speed fin radiator production is used to produce heat exchange wavy fins with or without windows.
The fin radiator production line machine is equipped with the following devices: decoiler, tensioning device,
feeding, interval oil lubrication, fin forming, correction and cutting function, strip run-out detection, blockage
detection device, cutting fault indicator, fin forming unit overloading protection device, and fault indication light.
The fin radiator making machine adopts PLC, inverter, AC servo
control, and touch screen control. The parameters
are easily set through the touch screen. The machine is specially equipped with one micro spray lubrication system
which could reduce lubricant consumption greatly.
