The brazing furnace works under the nitrogen protective atmosphere and employs non-erosive brazing material. The continuous brazing furnace is applied to brazing of aluminum intercooler, water tank, automobile air conditioning condenser, evaporator, aluminum oil cooler, etc.

Our company mainly supplies the radiator making machines such as radiator aluminium brazing furnace, aluminum fin machine, core builder, radiator plastic tank crimping machine, air leak tester, header mold, plastic tank mold, etc.
Equipment Flow
The aluminum parts fitted with fixtures are manually placed at the entrance and transmitted by the chain rod to pass through spray chamber, air blowing, drying oven, front curtain chamber (nitrogen gas inlet), preheating oven, brazing oven (nitrogen gas inlt), slag cleaning chamber (nitrogen gas preheating), dry cooling chamber, rear curtain chamber (nitrogen gas inlet), and finally air blast chamber. The parts are loaded manually.
