The license plate stamping process needs to meet the following basic conditions:
1. The bottom of the license plate is reflective and the words are not reflective.
2. The license plate font and border color are the same.
3. The reflective film and the hot stamping film need to be matched.

License plate hot stamping principle:
The essence of hot stamping is transfer, which is the process of transferring the ink on the hot stamping film to the license plate by the action of heat and pressure. When hot stamping, the hot melt adhesive layer of the hot stamping film is melted and adhered to the surface of the license plate, and the melt flow of the release agent layer of the hot stamping film is separated from the carrier film substrate, and the ink on the carrier film is transferred to the license plate. The reason why the transfer can be caused is that the hot melt adhesive is heated to generate a bonding force and the release agent is heated and the adhesive force is lost.
