Product Details:
1. power consumption as a traditional lamplong life span,no filament structure,no heating more than six years for normal use.
2. PCB Material: aluminum pcb or glass fiber (FR4 PCB), some customers prefer to aluminum pcb as it has better heat dissipation.
3. The product uses an original lens. There are high quality 2835/3030 LED beads, heat sinking aluminum substrates and fiberglass panels. The glue has a high viscosity, so that the lens does not fall off easily
4. LED backlighting also enables color and chromaticity adjustment in different areas outside the CCFL for more accurate color reproduction, dynamically correcting brightness and contrast for better picture quality.
5. We use the most advanced high precision SMT machine to make sure that the LED chip and lens are in the correct position.And use the professional glue to stabilize the lens and keep it from falling off.
