MAIN BROOMS
Our main brooms can be made in either Spiral Wound construction or in Staple Set construction on state of the art brush making machines in either one continuous piece or individual segments depending on the customer’s sweeper requirements. These brooms are available in Poly and Poly/Wire fill combinations.
GUTTER BROOMS
Our gutter brooms are made in a variety of sizes from 300mm up to 820mm. We stock timber or fully recyclable plastic heads depending on the machine type. They can be made in either full wire - poly/wire or full poly fill with 2, 3, 4, or 5 rows of bristles. Gutter brooms can also be made in smaller individual segments for easy fitting as typically used on Schwarze and Tymco Sweepers.
ROAD BROOM SEGMENTS
Our Road Broom Segment brushes are available in both Flat or Convoluted segments to suit all sweepers including Johnston, Scarab, Bonne, Sewell, Bobcat, Hydrapower, Sweepster, Digga and Cat Sweepers. Sizes range from 15” to 36” in diameter. Drives include 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, 2” and 3” square drive, 5”, 6 3/8”, 7”, 8” and 10” centre pin drive. Spacers are also available in 5” and 10”.
Some of our Manufacturing Range includes Brushes to suit Johnston/Bucher, Schwarze, Scarab/Rosmech, Dulevo, Tymco, Tennant, Nilfisk & Hako Sweepers as well as a full range of Bobcat, Skidsteer, Tractor & Tow Brooms.
