technics,quantity, testing standard if available) so as to quote
you;
2. you check and confirm the price workable for you, then confirm
us prices;
3. comunnicate clear details of samples and pay sample
charges(US$30-60/style) & courier charges to proceed;
4. about 7-15days later, send you the sample photos and tracking#;
5. you check samples personally to approve the samples;
6. you send us comments and purchase order and payment of 50%
deposit to proceed bulk production;
7. send you Pre-production samples or just photos to approve to
lauch bulk production;
8. send you production photos and your pay balance of the order
before shipping;
9. send you shipping info of the order;
10. you receive the order and feed back your comments of the
products,services etc.

Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes. We could make your logo embroidered.
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How
can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first.
And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design &
artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment
received and take pictures for your reference once finished.
If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to
you while freight cost is on your charge.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make
payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 5-7 days
to get samples made while it will take a longer time for a
complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo,
etc.Payment can be made through Trade assurance on alibaba, T/T,
Western Union, and Paypal.
