Control system is based on PLC, which guarantees the machine is programmable. With different parameters input, different specifications of coils can be wound easily. A servo motor is used to drive the wire guide. Moreover, a pneumatic expanding insulation decoiler is used to place insulation material, such as insulation paper, etc. The winding machine features high torque, high automation, etc.
