2.Type B: As an anaerobic anhydrous glove box, the transition room can be vacuumed but not vacuumed in the main box, and the glove box could be replaced by inert gas.

3.Type C: The main box and transition box can be vacuumed and replaced by inert gas, limit vacuum degree can reach -0.1mpa.
