Steel bar cutting machine mainly be used for cutting carbon steel reforce bar, hot rolled bar(HRB series rebar), round bar, square bar, flat bar, angle bar,also could easy operation or move to fit the project rebar process workshop needs. The rebar cutting machine have some advantages as belows:

Safty Operation
1. Start runing about 10 minutes unload,it must stop instantly to check if find abnormal problems.It would operation as the following steps if all electric and every component good condition.
2. Open the blade cover,sent the reinforce rebar to the feed wheel to place what length you want.
3. Adjust the back gauge disk close to rebar. Notice:Subject to rebar could close to the fixed blade in parallel,using the wrench to fasten the nuts on it.
4. Adjust the block rod part close to rebar. Notice:Subject to rebar could close to the fixed blade in parallel,using the wrench to fasten the nuts on it.
5. Put down cutting blade cover,use the foot pedal or manual clutch to finish cutting rebar.
6. Straightening screw rebar cutter only could one rebar one time,it would tap the screw directly after cut.
7. Cutting work done,set off the power.
