KYN28-12(Z)(GZS1) AC metal-clad withdrawable switchgear
General description
KYN28(GZS1) type moveable metal-clad switchgear is three-phase A.C
50Hz indoor distribution equipment with voltage of 3.6~12kV. It is
used for power plant to transmit power and used for electricity
system, industrial and mineral enterprise to receive and distribute
power as well as to control high voltage generator which is
frequently started. It can meet the standard requirements of
GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 etc.And it has the function of the
preventing wrong operation for circuit breakers, preventing move
truck with load,preventing opening(closing)earthing switch with
charged, preventing earthing switch transmitting power in earthing
position and preventing entering into live compartment.
Applying ambient conditions
Ambient temperature:The max temperature should be +40ºC, the min
temperature should be -15ºC.
The height above sealevel should be no higher than 1000m.
Relative humidity:daily average relative humidity≤95%,monthly
average relative humidity≤90%
Earthquake intensity:not exceed 8 degrees
Saturated vapour pressure:daily average value≤2.2kPa,monthly
average value≤1.8kPa
It should be used in the place where it is free from
fire,explosion,serious filth,chemical erosion and violent
vibration.
Main characteristics
The enclosure is made of aluminum-zinc coated sheet processed by
bending several times.
All operations should be done under the door closed.
The high protection degree can avoid in gression of substance or
insectsenter.
Wrong operation can be avoided due to its simple and effective"FIVE
PROVENTION".
Shaanxi Longxiang can be matched with the production of the VIB
series or VS1 series vacuum circuit breaker.
For the truck has good interchangeability, it is easy to change
vacuum circuit breakers.
For saving space, the switchgear can be installed against the wall
and maintained from the front side.
There are enough space for cables.
Instant earthing switch can be used for earthing operation and
short circuiting operation.
It can be separately equipped with heater inside the VCB
compartment and cable compartment to prevent condensation and
erosion.
It conforms to GB3906, DL404 and references to the international
stand and IEC-298.
