With advanced thermoforming technology and precision tooling capabilities, we specialize in manufacturing high-performance mesh filters tailored to your exact specifications. Our state-of-the-art hydraulic presses produce seamless filters from nylon, polyester, polypropylene and other engineered polymers, with pore sizes ranging from 3μm to 5mm for diverse filtration needs.

Customers have different requirements for filtration & separation , and relying only on single fabrication technology is not sufficient to meet the challenges of today's demanding filtration market . Therefore, after years of developments, SHARE has developed expertise in almost all processing technologies, including cold cut& stamping , heat slitting , laser cutting, ultrasonics cutting, stiching, gluing, pleating, and injection molding etc.We are able to convert our precision woven filter mesh fabrics(mainly PA, PET, PP) into various cut-to-size and cut-to-length discs, tubes, tube cuts, ribbons, shapes, sections, bags. 1. Laser Cutting
Laser cutting produces highly precise fabric parts with
a heat-sealed edge.
Share uses different laser cutting systems to meet
customers various requirements including
semi-automated vision systems
and fully automated with AI programming.
2. Heat Slitting

Heated knives are used to create fabric strips/ribbons for much many applications such as injection molding, and hot-cut mesh edges are melted to enhance durability.
Optical measuring systems measure ribbon width with tight tolerances.
3. Ultrasonic Slitting

Ultrasonic slitting are often used to produce fabric strips
with closed edge, minimal material build-up.
Ultrasonic cutting is ideal for precise and clean edge
quality, and measurements are conducted using
optical systems too.
4. Ultrasonic Stamping

Often used for highly precise fabric parts.

Ultrasonic stamping ensures tight geometric tolerances. The edges are non-fraying. One tool is used for punching and can be used for larger quantities. Optical measuring systems measure dimensions and tolerances.
5. Ultrasonic Welding

Ultrasonic welding has accurate, clean welds without
introducing secondary materials.
SHARE produces precision plastic cylindrical filters
by using ultrasonic welded tubes.
6. Pleating

We increase the filter surface through pleating. Fabrics are firstly welded then pleated together, and cut to size of pleats.
7. Sewing

Sewing and stitching are very suitable for various of mesh
filter bags.
The thread, patch and stitch can be customized
on demand.
8. Plastic Injection Molding

Share plastic filters provide h igh flow rates and low pressure drops by maximum open area.

SHARE process our mesh fabrics to various plastic molded filters for automotive, chemical, medical, home appliance and f ood industry by plastic insert molding and overmolding technologies.

SHARE has three subsidiaries: textile plant for filter mesh materials, machining plant for fabricated parts and injection molding plant for molded filters. Therefore, we provide nylon mesh filters mainly in three forms.

Packaging & Shipping



For mesh rolls:
1. Rolled on the paper core, 30-70m/roll, packed into PE bags, the product label is attached on the edge of each roll
2. 2-8 rolls per standard export carton
3. Put into PP woven bag to prevent damage during transportation
4. Package belt strengthen

For fabricated&molded filters:
1. Packed into sealed PE bags, 10pcs to 500pcs/bag according to the actual size, double bagged and the product label is attached in the inner bag

1. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

We are in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province China. By train, we are one hour away from Hangzhou and two hours away from Shanghai.

3. How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within 2 days. If something in RFQ need be confirmed, we will promptly notify you soon.

4. How quickly can I get my order finished?
The production lead time is dependent on the quantity. Typically, it takes 5 to 15 working days for us to complete mass production once you have placed the order.

By visual inspection, optical or pressure sensitive equipment and automated 3D image-inspection equipment, our production operators conduct self-inspections at every stage of the process. Additionally, we have spot inspections and final inspections carried out by our Quality Control (QC) team.
