Converted Woven Monofilament Polyester Mesh Filter Components With Micron Rating From 10 To 2000 Microns

In industrial filtration field, more and more converted mesh filters are applied thanks to the development of injection molding technology and fabrication techniques used to make mesh filter components.

Raw filter meshes can be further fabricated into different styles and shapes, such as mesh filter ribbons, filter bags, filter tubes, filter discs, special filter pieces and many more, these filters are manufactured and converted by ultrasonic, heat cutting, slitting, cold punching/slitting, ultrasonic pleating.

In home appliance, automotive, irrigation, medical, food and beverage industries, molded plastic filters are needed. Mesh filters are molded by injection machine, purely mesh is soft and in these industries, rigid and strong frame are required to support the filter meshes for filtration application, then injection molding is introduced, this production technique can cover the filter mesh with different plastic resins, such as ABS, POM, PP, PA6 series, PC, PE and other plastic resins as well as silicone, rubber material.

Converting filter meshes into various sizes and shapes such as stampings discs, ribbons, tubes, cut-to-size sections, pleated elements, belts, bags etc.
3. Molded filters:
Combining filter mesh and thermoplastic to create custom-specific plastic molded filters for industries.

1. Rolled on the paper core, 30-70m/roll, packed into PE bags, the product label is attached on the edge of each roll
2. 2-8 rolls per standard export carton
3. Put into PP woven bag to prevent damage during transportation
4. Package belt strengthen

For fabricated & molded filters:

1. Packed into sealed PE bags, 10m2 to 500m2/bag according to the actual size, double bagged and the product label is attached in the inner bag
2. Put into bigger PE bag and then standard export carton
3. Wrapped the outer carton with PE stretch film to prevent damage during transportation
4. Package belt strengthen if pallets are available

The label contains the following standard information:
item name, manufacturer, material, dimensions, manufacturing date, order number, batch number etc.
