This fuel filter is designed for carburetor. With carburetors, the fuel filter can be found under the hood by following the fuel line backward from the carb. Usually it's a small cylindrical filter that connects to the fuel line on either end. Carburetor fuel filters, inline filters, and screens available for many carburetor types. Our inline filters include clamps and hose for easy installation.

This replacement fuel filter element fits inside the carburetor on engines. Don’t let water moisture or other fuel contaminants rob horsepower from engine. Filter those particles before they can get to engine. This part is also called the fuel “strainer” on parts schematics.
