Structure Feature

1. The ZA series pump is single-stage, horizontal radial split volute pump with foot support of high versatility. Bearing suspension components including shaft, impeller, shaft seal and pump cover, this can be disassembled only by disassembling the extension of the coupling, without removing the pipes and the motor.

2. The pump body is double volute if the diameter is more than 80mm, with small radial force, replaceable ring and flushable ring. The pump body and pump cover sealed by compressible metal gasket.

3. The replaceable pump body and impeller ring protect the wearable area. According to the working conditions, the axial force can be balanced by the front ring or the ring with balance hole. The residual axial force is absorbed by the thrust bearing.

4. The pump cover can be cooled and insulated. The shaft seal can be filled with coolant, flushing fluid and sealing fluid. The standard pipe is designed according to the API.

The impeller has two typesincluding standard closed impeller and open impeller. The closed impeller has strong adaptability to working conditions and has the feature of high efficiency and low cavitation. The open impeller is suitable for conveying vapor-liquid and solid-liquid two-phase media. This kind of pump has many types of sealing, such as packing seal and mechanical seal.
