A: Sample time 7-10 days for custom-items and 3-5 days for in-stock items. Sample fee is refundable after placing formal order.

A: TT 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.

L/C, T/T and Western Union are acceptable.

Q: What's your minimun order quantity?

A: For custom belts 300pcs/style/color, mixed size is also acceptable.

Q: Can you add our logo on the products?

A: Yes, we can add logo by lasing, engraving, embossing, stamping, printing etc. We can send you pictures of different logos for your reference.

Q: Can you design the belt for me?

A: Yes, you can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample. Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your idea.

Q: What's your lead time for mass production?

A: About 25-30 days, but it also depends on the designs, order quantity, manufacturing process and so on.

Q: How do your gurantee the quanlity of the products?

A: First, we will send you the pre-production samples, we revise the unsatisfactory parts according to your idea after you receiving the samples. Our professional QC inspect the products quanlity in the process of production.
