3PE Coating carbon steel buttweld fittings have three layers of protection to longer the service life of pipe fittings. The three layers of 3PE coating are FBE coating first, middle is adhesive layer, polyethylene layer outside.

Carbon steel pipe fittings are widely used and cost effective, but it is not so good at corrosion resistance. Carbon steel pipe fittings with 3PE coatings are very durable and they are designed to use for more than 30 years. 3PE coating also can be applied in other steel pipe fittings such as stainless steel, alloy steel and nickel alloy fittings.
