Inspection

Check the surface

1. Marking. Marking includes size, material, standard and Lot No. due to the limited space, such as “1" 3000LB L=200 A105 ASME B16.11 183150”. Be sure they are correct and clear.
2. Touch and visual check the surface to ensure it is smooth and no flaws.

Measure the size

1. Measure the size of diameter, length and thread length.
2. Reference the tolerance table, confirm the sizes are in tolerance.
3. Recode the values.

Third party inspection

1. Third parties such as BV, SGS, LR, DNV, ABS.
2. Offer stamped Mill Test Certificate.

Package
