THC model tubing type pump description

Tubing pump is mainly composed by pump barrel, plunger, travelling valve, standing valve, etc. Simple structure and easy operation is main feature of rod pump.

Main accessories

Pump barrel assembly: the body of pump barrel is made of high-quality carbon steel, and inner core is adopted rotary type and high-strength chrome-plated technology, Surface roughness less than 0.4, abrasion and corrosion resistant and long working life.

Plunger: the plunger is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the surface is chrome-plated or metal-sprayed which are abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. According to customer’s requirement, we can manufacture plunger with sand trap and any length of plunger.

Accessories: up and down travelling valve assembly and standing valve assembly are made by high-quality carbon steel. Valve ball 9Cr18Mo, valve seat 6Cr18Mo (or high-strength carbolic metal) the material has the quality of high-strength, corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
