It is composed of fixed pressure plate, flexible pressure plate, top and bottom guid bars, back post, support foot, heat exchanger plate, gasket, roller, tightening bolt, nut, lock wahser and frame foot.It has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface area because the fluids are spread out over the plates. It is the most efficient type of heat exchanger with its low cost, flexibility, easy maintenance, and high thermal tranfer. PHE Gasket

The PHE sealing gasket are pasted on the corrugated plates.They are designed into 2-pass seal structure with signal holes.When the media leaks from the 1^st sealing,if it comes out from the signal hole.You will find out problems in time and deal with them.No media mixing up ocures,and it do not let the medias mixed.The seal gaskets are made by different kinds of rubber adapted to different medias and operating temperatures.
