Jiuying JY-25K Horizontal Meat Slicer Machine provides up to 220 slices per minute with a standard blade. With a thickness of 0.5mm (1/32") to 30mm ( 1.20”). The product being sliced in the jy-25k Horizontal Meat Slicer Machine can be tempered 24°-28° boneless beef, pork, fish, poultry, deli meats and bone-in pork loin.
