2. Custom Production Flow

Step 1: send pictures or designs to our company and tell us what kind of material you want to make.

Step 2: our development team will sculpt a prototype clay model for your confirmation or draw a technical graph for molds from your files. (If you have samples on hand, just send to us and we can copy it directly to speed up the sample.)

Step 3: Once we finish a prototype, we will send pictures to you for confirmation before molding.

Step 4: proceed with molding and make resin/metal samples.

Step 5: coloring the sample as per the design and send pictures for your approval.

Step 6: arrange air express courier to deliver the sample for review.

3. Packaging & Shipping

1.Production cycle: Usually 25 days, it depends on the quantity of the order, so please ask us for a clear time.

2.Packing: Bubble films protect products from damaging. We will pack carefully and pay attention to the damageable parts.

Big itmes need to be disassembled for shipping.

III. Transit time: 7-10 days by air transportation, 25-50 days for ocean transportation.

A: We are manufactorer of resin crafts in Fujian, China. Also we have a professional trading teams to dealing any details with you. Our factory has export rights all over the world.

Q2: Can we visit your factory?
A: Your visiting will be high appreciated, our factory is located in Zhangzhou City, FuJian Province, China, about 1 hours bus ride from Xiamen. Please let us know your schedule, we will arrange driver to pick you up.

Q3: Could you accept custom designs?
A: Of course, We accept all kinds of custom designs from customers. Then taking photos for customer confirm after sculpture finishing. Or you can make some revise if you feel it is not workable. The painting color depending on customers’ request also.

Q4: How to certify the quality?
A: Firstly the samples’ effect you can know from. When bulk production, our products are made strictly by many procedures, they would be selected several times before finished, and one more checking before delivery.
