Principle of GMP Standard Fast Drying Speed Milk Powder Making Machine

After heating, the air enters into the air distributor on the top of the dryer, then into the drying room through hot air distributor in spiral uniform, meanwhile, the material liquid is sent to the centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower by a pump, which will be sprayed into extremely fine mist liquid drops to enlarge the surface area in contact with hot air. The drops and hot air flow down concurrently. During very short time, the materials can be dried into final products. The final products will be discharged continuously from the whirl separator. The waste air will be discharged from blower.
