This unit is used to collect PCBs into two magazines from dual track equipment at the same time.
Working principle of the unloader
- Board receiving mechanism
The SMT unloader uses a board receiving mechanism such as a robot or a conveyor belt to remove the mounted PCB from the mounter. The robot usually uses vacuum adsorption to firmly hold the PCB. - Transfer mechanism
The unloader will transfer the connected PCB to the designated output or subsequent station. The horizontal stability of the PCB will be maintained during the transfer process to avoid component position deviation. - Precise positioning
Unloaders are usually equipped with a visual recognition system to monitor the position and angle of the PCB in real time. The control system can accurately control the transfer and placement of the PCB based on the feedback data. - High degree of automation
