Nozzle introduction
The nozzle of the SMT machine is an equipment part used for surface mount components. Its function is to accurately place the surface mount components into the corresponding position on the circuit board. The nozzle of the chip placement machine is an important component that carries the pick-up and placement of electronic components. The nozzle of the placement machine usually consists of the nozzle body, the nozzle head and the nozzle needle. The nozzle body is usually made of aluminum alloy or plastic and has a certain shape and size, which can adapt to the placement needs of different types of surface mount components.

Nozzle shape:

The shape of the suction nozzle includes square hole, round hole, and V groove.
The custom-made suction nozzle, according to the shape of the electronic component material, selects a flat suction point to make an elongated suction nozzle, extends into the groove surface of the material to suck, and makes a return shape according to the edge of the material, with both ends using Flat, irregular in the middle.

Nozzle material:

1. Tungsten steel nozzle: Tungsten steel nozzle is strong and durable, but it is easy to turn white. If it turns white, just paint it with an oil-based pen and you can continue to use it.

2. Ceramic nozzles: Ceramic nozzles never turn white, but are brittle and easy to break. Careful use can avoid or reduce breakage.

3. Diamond steel nozzle: It is strong, easy to use, and will never turn white, but it is very expensive and not very cost-effective.

4. Glue nozzle: When the surface of the material is uneven or the material is sticky, it is suitable to use the glue nozzle. However, the life of the glue nozzle is not long. It is recommended that when ordering the glue nozzle, buy more glue nozzles for backup. When the nozzle is worn, you can just replace it with the rubber nozzle yourself.
