Machine introduction:
This machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards.
The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.
It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.

- 2, 4 axis motion control basen on the high resolution CCD vicual aligement, use double platform to make the production more efficiency.

- 5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.
