Polyamide Nylon 66 is a highly engineered thermoplastic resin, offering excellent mechanical strength and superior chemical resistance. It is a semi-crystalline, high-performance thermoplastic polymer with an excellent combination of properties. It has excellent strength, stiffness, toughness and abrasion resistance, making it the preferred material for many automotive, industrial, and appliance applications. It also has excellent dimensional stability, resistance to flexural and fatigue stress, and good creep resistance. Nylon 66 has a tensile strength of more than 80 MPa, a melting point of 230-240°C, a density of 1.25-1.35 G/cm3, and a temperature of deflection under load of more than 240°C. PA66GF25 pellets are a specialty grade of Nylon 66 that offers superior performance, making it the perfect choice for applications with stringent requirements. With superior properties, Nylon 66 is the preferred material for a wide variety of applications in automotive, industrial, and appliance industries.
