Glass Filled Nylon Polyamide66 Material Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Granules
Polyamide PA66 Granule also known as Nylon, are thermoplastics that provide strength, temperature and chemical resistance.
In addition to the strength and durability of PA66, they can also
be used as metal substitutes. They are easy to process, modify and
recycle. Nylon is often compounded with fillers or minerals for
additional performance at a lower cost without sacrificing
performance.
The PA66 granules with fiber glass are mainly used in thermal break
strips, which are used in aluminum windows and doors. Our granules
have good fluidity thus guaranteeing your smooth production. The
good raw material can reduce the rate of rejects, and can produce
high quality stips.
free sample support and short lead time
high mechanical strength
high toughness
high softening point
good wear resistance
self-lubrication
long-term work at higher temperatures
high CTI value
excellent electrical insulation
low smoke and toxicity characteristics
