  • 3.5 hot gas sol prefabricated fire extinguishing system
  • 3.5.1 the fire-extinguishing design density of the hot-air sol prefabricated fire-extinguishing system shall not be less than 1.3 times of the fire-extinguishing density.

Multiple action mechanism of aerosol fire extinguishing process

  • Physical control

The metal salt particles in fire extinguishing agent occur hot melting ,gasification, and other physical endothermic processes at high temperature and absorb a lot of heat, and quickly reduce the flame temperature.

  • Gaseous chemical inhibition

Under the action of heat, the metal ions that produced by the decomposition of the extinguishing agent or the cations which lost its electrons can react with the active groups in the combustion process and consume a large number of active groups repeatedly, thus reducing the combustion free radicals.

  • Solid chemical inhibition

The particles in the fire extinguishing agent are small and numerous. They have large surface area and surface energy which can adsorb the active groups in combustion and produce chemical action. They consume a large number of active groups and reduce the burning free radicals.

  • Lowering concentration of oxygen

A large number of inert gases such as N and CO produced by extinguishing agent can reduce the oxygen concerntration in combustion and prevent furrther combustion.
