The Principle of Plastic Pipe Shapping
The main function of the plastic pipe vacuum tank is to calibrate and cool the pipe. With automatic control of water level and water temperature, the sizing sleeve is installed on the vacuum calibration tank and equipped with a pre-cooling chamber. The inlet is "wet inlet type", which means, cold water directly contacts the plastic pipe through the annular channel and the specially designed water distribution plate. The box and water pipes of the plastic tube vacuum setting box are made of stainless steel. The plastic pipe vacuum setting box is mainly matched with plastic extruder, forming, setting die, tractor, cutting machine, and turning stacking device. The main function of the plastic pipe vacuum calibration tank is to shape the molten pipe blank extruded from the die into a pipe under the conditions of vacuum and spray, and then cool it. The plastic pipe vacuum calibration tank is divided into two sections: the front section is a vacuum and spray cooling section, and the rear section is a spray cooling section. The three-dimensional adjustment system ensures consistency with the extruder center.
The Difference Between PE and PVC Water Supply Pipe
1. The standard of PE water supply pipe is different from that of
PVC . In the standard, the wall thickness and performance index of
the two are different.
2. The strength of PVC is better than that of PE, and the toughness
(impact resistance) of PE is better than that of PVC. PE can be
used under the condition of minus 20 degrees (internal fluid can
not be frozen, keep flowing state).
3. PE pipe can be connected by hot melt, which is safe and reliable
with high strength; PVC pipe can be bonded by adhesive or elastic
sealing ring, which is convenient and fast.
4. The cost of PVC pipe is lower than that of PE, and the cost of
engineering material is lower.
5. The formula of PVC pipe is complex and there are many additives.
All kinds of additives used in drinking water must be safe and
non-toxic. PE pipe additives are less, general health performance
is higher than PVC.
6. PE pipe is soft, small diameter pipe can be made into coil,
while PVC pipe is hard, and can not coil
