Amphibious Equipment
Sinoway amphibious excavator/marsh buggy is modular designed to
manoeuvre in marshy, swampy area and soft terrain, and it can also
float on water as an added safety feature. It is completely self
propelled and can virtually access all terrains, and yet requires
minimum supporting transportation and hoisting equipment. When
fitted with a long reach front, the machine offers an unparalleled
package with unmatched productivity for your investment.
Thus we have developed a complete line of swamp excavator from
0.2m3 bucket, up to 1.1m3, with optional for long reach boom
amphibious excavator.

Modular design for easy transportation.
The boom is with large cross-section, high-rigidity box-shaped
structure, through optimizing procession, to reduce the negative
intensity welding, to make the machine also suitable for heavy-load
operations. The main hinged parts are all forgings structure, which
prevent focusing the stress, at the same time, improving the
strength of high strength wear-resistance are utilized at the
boom-stick and the cylinder mounting area, which provide a better
lubrication and higher durability.
Heavy duty marsh buggy track chains are constructed with high
strength tensile steel, the bushings and pins are stronger, each
pontoon comes with two or three heavy duty track chains, track
cleats are bolted on the chain pitch welded or bolted. The hardened
track chain rollers run in pontoon channels with a strip of wear
resistant steel. The drive and idler sprockets are flame hardened
to match the hardness of the track chain rollers.
The operator cabin is supported with innovative silicone rubber
shock absorber, which minimize the shock brought by the rough
terrain and engine or hydraulic vibration and impact transmitted to
the cabin, increase the stability of cabin and improve the
operators’ sitting quality and operating comfort.
