from 20ton to 130ton and provide complete technical support for
customers. Truck crane is a crane mounted on a truck carrier which
can provide better mobility. Truck cranes are able to travel on
highways, eliminating the need for special equipment to transport

such as local laws.
SWTC100W truck crane has six-section boom of high strength steel
structure and optimized U-shaped cross section with max.lifting
capacity of 100 ton, full-extended boom length of 60m, jib length
of 18.1m, max.lifting height including jib of 78.1m, reduce weight
and improve safety significantly.
Jib mounting angles are 0°, 15°, and 30°, which ensure fast and
convenient change-over between different operating conditions so as
to improve working efficiency of the machine.
Main Advantages
The main telescopic boom of SWTC100W mobile crane is made of
anti-distortion design, high strength structural steel, and the Arm
cross section is the arc angle U-shape, which makes the boom have
high stability and can be adjusted to support the upper slider of
the main arm.
A new type of single-cylinder PIN telescopic system is adopted, and
a variety of working conditions are combined.
Two side mounting truss structure sub-arm, optional 2 7m main arm
plus long section, 2.9m independent arm head, with 0°, 15°, 30°
three kinds of fixed sub-arm mounting angle, collected by the main
arm side.
The main lifting mechanism adopts hydraulic control speed
regulation, which is equipped with a rope groove reel, driven by a
hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer, with a built-in
constant closed brake and a balance valve.

load and low speed.
The rotary mechanism adopts a single row four point contact ball
external tooth rotary support, which drives the planetary gear
driven rotary reducer by the hydraulic motor, and can be rotated
continuously. With power control or free rotation function, can
stepless speed regulation.
