What is the fluted polypropylene sheet?

The fluted polypropylene sheets are extruded from the plastic material of polypropylene (PP) resin. The sheet has two smooth surfaces connected with ribs to form a hollow structure as the picture below, The smooth surface of the fluted polypropylene does not stick to concrete, provides an excellent separator between the concrete and the polystyrene.

As shown in the table above, the fluted polypropylene sheets are tough, flexible material which can be used in high-temperature environments. These characteristics allow the fluted polypropylene sheets being the ideal concrete forming material, especially at the working site where temperature is very high in summer. And the fluted polypropylene sheets are fatigue resistant. The sheets keep their shape after a lot of torsions and bendings. Our sheets can be re-used for 3-4 times, That will save a lot of money.

The fluted polypropylene sheets can be re-melted to make new sheets when broken. So they are recyclable, and environment-friendly material.

The biggest size we have made is the 6m x 2.1m sheets which are for loading into the 40HQ container, and 5.8m x 2.1m sheets are for loading into the 20ft container.
