Usage of the Plastic layer pads

The Plastic Layer Pad is a plastic sheet which is to separate the glass bottle layers on pallets when the bottles are transported.

This layer pad is an extruded twin wall plastic sheet with flutes between the surface as shown at the photo below. The plastic Layer Pads are made from the resin of HDPP ( high density polypropylene ), which are the material refined from petroleum. Due to this most important feature of recyclable, the plastic Layer Pads are environment-friendly, and the best replacement of fiberboard and cardboard separator sheets which need woods to make.
