Working Principle:

The automatic wafer roaster is composed of electrical control system, beater system, automatic opening and closing mold, gas system, etc. It is a food mechanical equipment for the production of ice cream wafer, which can make wafer of different shapes through beater, baking, molding, stripping, conveying and stacking continuous operation, through different molds and styles.
The machine adopts PLC control, automatic ignition, acceleration and deceleration, demoulding device automatic stacking, greatly reduce the work intensity of personnel, improve the work efficiency.
