• Product Features

HY-LZG1516E is a vertical microwave & electric mixed tube furnace with a Φ40×130mm quartz working tube that can work continuously under 1550°C.

HY-LZG1516E is controlled by a 40 segments digital controller and adopts infrared thermometer for temperature measurement.

Standard package of HY-LZG1516E includes stainless steel sealing flanges with valves and pressure meter etc.

HY-LZG1516E provides various atmosphere conditions such as vacuum, air, inert gas as well as weak reducing gas (mixed atmosphere) and the static ultimate vacuum degree is less than 100Pa.
