Jet grouting tools are the main channel carriers for conveying medium such as slurry, compressed air and clean water. In order to meet the various construction processes of rotary jetting, rotary jetting rods are used in medium 50, medium 60, medium 73 and medium 89.

(1) drill rod

As raw material, the geological drill rods is made of high-quality alloy steel from shanghai Baogang. The special heat treatment process and advanced double sealing structure ensure the quality of the drill pipe. The connection of the drill pipe is selected from the domestic leading company, which has the advantages of convenient connection, good sealing effect and long service life.

(2) jet grouting bits

Jet grouting bit is the important part of whole tools,it is installed in the bottom of drill rods.There is hard alloy in the bit,so can assure the quality.

There are two nozzles on the both side of the bit,from 1.6mm to 3.0mm.Also the bit can divided in single,double and triple tube.

(3) water swivel

It is a sort of jet grouting tools installed in the end of power head core tube and can bear certain tension force and impact force.

This is a device for conveying high-pressure mud pump, air compressor and high-pressure clear water to deliver high-pressure slurry, compressed air and high-pressure water into drill rods.

(4) Loose proof device

It is a kind of safety device installed in the water swivel which will be mounted on the water swivel.It consists of cotter pin and locker wash to eliminate the possibility of relative rotation between them.
