Variable Frequency Resonant Control Unit
I. Product Description :
FKVF series variable frequency power source is main measurement and
control unit and host machine for Variable Frequency AC Resonant
Withstand Voltage Test Set .Which also called variable frequency
converter.
The variable frequency power source adopts ARM and FPGA digital
signal processor with high-speed, receiving order from remote
computer, which realizes high-level control of the whole test
procedure. FPGA digital signal processor with high-speed real-time
calculates and changes output waveform, real-time test high voltage
value and main circuit parameters of converter power, and return
test parameters, operating status to upper machine, real-time
sample protecting signals, fast close power output and its waveform
generator.
II. Appication and usage
- The measurement and control unit for varable Frequency AC resonant
withstand voltage test circuit.
- Replace the old traditional console to increase the efficiency of
high-voltage test and enhance monitoring and protection during
resonant withstand voltage testing.

VI. Main functions:
- Waveform is square wave regulated by pulse width voltage
- Continuously monitor voltage in operating process, when HV voltage
fluctuates, which is caused by fluctuation of power voltage and
power frequency, system will fine-adjust voltage to setting voltage
automatically.
- Automatically scanning frequency, searching for resonant point.
Frequency range is 20-300Hz. You can manually set
scanning-frequency range. Maximum time-consumption of scanning is 2
minutes (full frequency scanning). The frequency resolution is
0.03Hz.
- Automatically test. You can set test program, test program can be
divided into 5 segments. System will finish test process according
to setting program automatically.
- When at automatical test, you can change into manual control status
at any time to manually regulate frequency and voltage
- Automatically trace voltage when withstanding. Automatically
regulate voltage to object voltage when voltage normally fluctuate,
warn when abnormal fluctuation. Users can operate for practical
test situation.
- Real-time rendering U-t curve (voltage-time curve) when voltage
regulation and withstanding.
- Real-time displaying test status. You can make corresponding
operation according to test status
- Strong protection and warning function: over current protection,
over voltage protection and flashover protection, high voltage
abnormal protection, software/hardware simultaneous protection
indication. Make sure the safety and form report file for checking
- Save test data and form test report automatically, you can print
test report in time and also you can save the report and print in
other places.
- Data-inquiring function. According to your conditions to inquire
past test data.
