1060 aluminum strips are generally used for dry-type transformers, which contains more than 99.6% aluminum, which is a common series in aluminum plate and strip family. The advantage of using this series of aluminum strips is that it is a commonly used series, the production process is simple, the technology is relatively mature, and the price has a huge price advantage compared to other high-grade alloy aluminum sheets. Its good elongation and tensile strength can fully meet the conventional processing requirements (stamping, stretching) and high formability. 1060 aluminum is industrial pure aluminum, with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but the strength is low, heat treatment can not be strengthened, machinability is not good. It can be gas welded, hydrogen atom welded and contact welded, and is not easy to braze; it is easy to withstand various pressure processing and extension and bending.
