High Performance PSA Nitrogen Generator 5 - 6000 Nm3 /h Nitrogen Capacity
Process Description
A supercharger is used to increase air pressure. Then, a freeze dryer is introduced to remove moisture. Finally, a carbon molecular sieve bed is used to separate nitrogen from oxygen, thus guaranteeing the desired nitrogen product.
The adsorbent is carbon molecular sieve. It is precisely by
utilizing the different adsorption rates of oxygen and nitrogen on
the surface of the carbon adsorbent to adsorb O2 and desorb N2.
Controlled by a programmable controller (PLC), the on-off valve
completes each cycle of adsorption and desorption, and then
produces nitrogen at the desired purity. The two adsorbers
alternate adsorption and desorption to ensure continuous and stable
nitrogen generation.
