PSA industrial nitrogen gas making plant used for laser cutting
1, Description of principle:
Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production device takes clean
compressed air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as
adsorbent, and USES pressure swing adsorption principle to obtain
nitrogen at room temperature. According to the differences in the
amount of oxygen and nitrogen adsorbed on the surface of carbon
molecular sieve and the different diffusion rates of oxygen and
nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve, the programmable controller
controls the opening and closing of the program-controlled valve to
realize the process of pressurized adsorption and decompression and
desorption, complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, and
obtain the required purity nitrogen. The whole nitrogen generator
system is composed of: air compressor provides air source for
nitrogen generator. Nitrogen is separated from the compressed air
and concentrated in a low-pressure nitrogen storage tank. The
nitrogen is then passed from the low-pressure nitrogen storage tank
to the final high-pressure nitrogen storage tank through the
high-pressure nitrogen pressurization device.
2, Product Feature:
- Nitrogen, as a high-pressure gas, can remove oxygen from the
cutting area and assist laser cutting.This improves cutting
quality, eliminates oxidation, and prevents discoloration, thereby
increasing paint adhesion and welding strength. The laser cutting
special nitrogen making machine produced by our company is equipped
with skid-mounted and high integration, which can be used after
debugging by professionals;
- Start and stop immediately. Under normal working conditions, the
initial starting time is 1h and the second starting time is 0.5h.
- With different models, nitrogen production cost is low, which is
20-30% of liquid nitrogen cost in laser cutting industry.
- The device is equipped with a remote monitoring system. The
operation parameters of the device can be monitored by mobile APP
and computer WEB terminal.
- The equipment is equipped with energy monitoring and energy-saving
adjustment, which can automatically adjust the operating parameters
of the system within the range of 50-100% according to the actual
gas consumption;
- Professional annual equipment maintenance plan and regular on-site
inspection by professional staff ensure the long-term stable
operation of nitrogen production system and eliminate the worries
of users.
