Description

WC hard alloy valve core, the valve seat is made of YG11 (cobalt based) or YN11 (nickel based) cemented carbide + 17-4P duplex stainless steel. The product has high hardness, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Anti-high frequency vibration, no break, reliable connection and so on.

High strength, high wear resistance, high precision, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant.

They are mainly used for the sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry’s sand containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells and high pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, etc.

They are used with compatible cemented carbide valve seats.

Physical properties of YG11 cemented carbide: density ρ13.4-13.8, average particle 1.2μ, hardness ≥88HRA, flexural strength ≈3400

YG11 cemented carbide comprehensive performance: combined with the high hardness of YG8 and the bending resistance of YG15, it has good

comprehensive mechanical properties.
