Brief introduction

Composite silicone fabric is made of high temperature resistant and high strength glass fibre cloth as base material, compounded by silicone rubber through special process, which is a new type of high performance and multi-purpose composite material. Silicone glass fibre cloth has superior heat resistance (long-term 200 ℃), cold resistance (long-term -40 ℃), aging resistance, high strength, soft and can be cut, and has high insulating properties.

Applications

1, Electrical insulation: silicone fabric has a high electrical insulation level, can withstand high voltage loads, can be made into insulating cloth, casing and other products.
2, Non-metallic compensator: Silicone rubber cloth can be used as flexible connecting device of pipeline, it can solve the damage of thermal expansion and contraction on the pipeline, silicone rubber cloth has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, good elasticity and flexibility, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, energy and other fields.
3,Anti-corrosion: Silicone rubber coated glass fibre cloth can be used as the internal and external anti-corrosion layer of pipes and savings, with excellent anti-corrosion performance and high strength.
4,Temperature-resistant aspect: as fire blanket, fire curtain temperature-resistant flame retardant materials.
