The MP plastic blow molding machine is designed to process a wide range of plastic hollow products with high molecular weight. It is capable of manufacturing hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. The applications for this machine are diverse and include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts, among others.

Features:

a) The extruding device utilizes a variable frequency motor that can meet the rotational requirements of the screw during the blowing process. A screw with a high slenderness ratio is able to process various types of materials efficiently, with strong plasticizing capabilities, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, providing quick, stable, and uniform heating.

b) By incorporating different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, it is possible to produce blown products with a visible strip line or double layers.

c) The mould clamping device features a toggle type and linear guider design. With a double station setup, the speed of the mould platen movement is faster and more stable.

d) Enhanced design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power savings, rapid operation, and stable performance.

e) Installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient with a removable and mobile oil tank feature.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and storage of data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes – "Manual", "Semi-Auto", and "Full Auto" – can be selected as desired.

h) The safety door incorporates both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing in case the safety door opens, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

i) The machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
