1, Working principle
A fixed convection dryer is a type of fixed bed dryer in which
materials are laid flat on a drying bed, and hot air passes through
the material layer to dry wet materials. The machine uses
ventilation directional valves on both sides to change the air
direction, forming a convection staggered drying mode, which can
make the hot air flow from top to bottom or from bottom to top, so
that the material is heated evenly on both sides, drying more
thoroughly, improving the drying efficiency, and the quality of the
dried material is better.
2, Performance characteristics
(1) Energy saving and efficient
Fixed convection dryers can use heat pump technology, which has
significant energy-saving effects. Each kilogram of water consumes
about 0.3-0.4kWh of electricity, saving over 40% energy. If the
valley off peak electricity consumption mode is adopted, the
energy-saving effect can reach over 60%.
In terms of grain drying, it can fully utilize heat energy, reduce
heat waste, and improve energy utilization efficiency.
(2) Good drying effect
Can adapt to various food crops, such as corn, wheat, sorghum,
rice, etc., adjust drying parameters according to the
characteristics and initial moisture content of different crops,
ensure that the grain reaches the appropriate moisture content, and
guarantee the storage and processing quality of the grain.
(3) High reliability
Low product failure rate, safe system operation, and long product
lifespan. The annual maintenance cost is only 1-2% of the cost,
with low operating expenses and reduced worries during use.
(4) Operational flexibility
The speed of the mesh belt conveyor is controlled by frequency
conversion, which can meet the requirements of various types of
processes. In grain drying, parameters such as drying time,
temperature, and air volume can be flexibly adjusted based on the
type of grain, initial moisture content, and target moisture
content after drying.

3, Structural composition
Conveyor chain system: responsible for stably conveying materials to the drying area,

exchanging heat with materials to achieve the drying function.
Automatic circulating air system: allowing hot air to circulate within the drying equipment,
improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Automatic feeding system: realizing automatic feeding of materials into the drying
equipment, improving work efficiency and reducing manual operation.
Automatic discharge system: After drying is completed, the material is automatically sent out
from the drying equipment for easy collection and processing in the
future.
