1. Introduction:

Steel silos are widely used for bulk storage of grain, food products, starch, feed, and so on. Wangu supplies all-steel hopper bottom silo and flat bottom silo in a variety of sizes, features and capacities. The diameter of hopper bottom silos range from 3.6m to 32m with capacities from 20t to 1000t, and the capacity of flat bottom silos range from 800t to 10000t.

Our steel is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant. Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and using period.
(2) Stiffeners of storage grain silos
The column, made by the Z-bar, is used to reinforce the silo body. It is connected by junction panels.

2) Grain storage bins body sheets are connected by high yeild bolts, the thickness of corrugated steel silo sheet is designed according to the constant strength theory.
3) There are stiffeners fixed on the body ,which is used to bear the vertical friction force and support the storage silo body;The bolts and nuts are fixed with spherical waterproof washers.
4) There are Aviation special waterproof rubber strip between the storage silo sheets. Galvanized grain silo is equipped with round door, inside and outside ladder, ladder protecting wire net and ladder platform.
