• Introduction: Perfume filling and capping machine acquires functions of unscrambling bottles manually, filling/covering/capping/pressing external covers automatically. The machine is semi-automatic and controlled by PLC with advantages of simple operation, convenient adjustment, and wide application to meet the standard of variable bottle shape and size and filling volume.

Introduction to structure and functions

Perfume filling and capping machine consists of delivery equipment, intermittent turning equipment of star plate, filling equipment, covering equipment, and capping equipment.

• Delivery equipment consists of two chain plates operating reversely to input and output bottle holders (Bottle holders can be changed to fit containers of different shapes). Operator put empty containers into bottle holders conveniently and take semi-finished products out of the holders. The process repeats throughout the production.
• Precision divider is applied to accurately locate the station in the intermittent turning equipment of the star plate.
• Filling equipment consists of two stepping ceramic plunger pumps and a negative pressure filling equipment. The three fillers do not fill when there is no container. The operator can conveniently set the filling volume of the two stepping ceramic plunger pumps on the touch screen (The filling volume can be changed though the corner of stepping motor), while negative pressure filling equipment can make the liquid level consistent inside the containers after filling. Liquid level can be set by changing the vacuum degree on the touch screen.
• Covering equipment consists of vibrating material feeding plate, cover lowering slide, cover lowering cylinder, and cover locating structure. First, vibrating material feeding plate arranges the covers (sprayers) on the cover lowering slide one by one; second, cover lowering cylinder shoots down the covers to containers (no covers will be shot down when there is no container); last, the cover locating structure can locate the askew covers on the containers automatically. the vibrating material feeding plate and cover lowering equipment can be changed and the width of cover lowering slide can be adjusted to meet the requirements of covers of variable sizes.
• Capping equipment consists of lifting cylinder, capping cylinder, capper, and capping sleeve. When the covered containers are delivered to capping station, the lifting cylinder will lower to prepare for capping and stretch to finish capping. Air input pressure of capping cylinder and length of telescopic capping sleeve can be adjusted to change the capping force.
• Externally covering equipment consists of lifting cylinder, cover conveyer, and cover presser. When bottles on the station are detected photoelectrically, the equipment will cover and cap automatically. Likewise, the equipment will not cover when there is no bottle.
