Precautions of tool sets

(1) When carrying hand tools, they should be carried in a special belt or tool bag or tool bucket, not in the pocket of clothes, let alone inserted in the belt.

(2) For tools that are not used temporarily, the storage location should be appropriate, and the placement should be stable, so that they are not easy to fall off and hurt people, and do not place them on scaffolds, overhead pipes and mechanical moving parts.

(3) Operators should pass tools hand by hand, do not throw; when passing tools with sharp edges, the handle should be directed towards the person receiving the tool.

(4) For tools such as crowbars that need to be carried on the shoulder, pay attention to the front, back, left, and right when carrying them, so that they do not collide with other objects and people, and be stable when putting them down.

(5) When carrying portable power tools with flexible cords, pay attention to protecting the cords and keep them away from sharp objects, heat sources, oils or solvents, so as not to damage the cords.

Our factory, Changzhou Hongfei City Metalwork Corporation, establish in 1996. Our factory locates in the western suburb of Changzhou city. It covers the areas of 25,000 square meters, and construction area reaches 12,000 square meters. There are about 150 employees working here. The exited equipment: two powder coating lines, two product assembling lines, twenty cutting and side bending machines, over twenty welding facilities, and three large capability punching machines. Our company has already certified by ISO9001-2000 quality certification system and we have BSCI.

Development history:

From 1996 to 2003, we mainly produced tools;

From 2004 to 2009, we began to produce small metal tool boxes and it became more and more excellent;

From the end of 2009 to now, we designed our own tool trolley and got it into producing, it turned out to be very hot selling in the following years;

In the year of 2014, we began to build a brand new office building, it makes our factory looks more modern and beautiful;

In the year of 2015, we purchased and updated some main equipment, it makes our producing more effective; Meanwhile, we designed more and more new products.
