Dry Powder Fire Suppression Systems
Description
The dry powder system rely on the dynamic of nitrogen.The nitrogen
offers pressure for powder tank to drive powder extinguishing
agent. Powder was transported to powder monitors or powder guns by
pipes. This system is applicable to fire of solid, oil, gas and
electric equipment.
Principle
The equipment was filled with powder extinguishing agent, which is
a dry and flowable powder. Powder was sprayed out by the
pressurizing of nitrogen. The powder can put out fire by physical
and chemical action after contact and mix with fire. When a fire
happens, open the bottle valve to provide pressure for powder tank
to drive the powder. Powder was transported to powder monitors or
powder guns by pipes.
