USE AND OPERATION

♥The recommended viscosity of hydraulic oil is 30cst (50℃),which is quite similar to ordinary hydraulic oil 30#(New No.: N46#46cst, 40℃).The viscosity index is not less than 95, the flash point (opening) is not lower than 170℃,the condensation point is not higher than -15℃. If the ambient temperature is low, users can choose hydraulic oil with similar viscosity and low condensation point. Hydraulic oil needs to be filtered through 20µm aperture, and refuelled to the upper limit of level line.The motor drives the oil pump, and the pressure oil changes through the electromagnetic valve to enter the hydraulic cylinder to push the piston to complete the tightening and loosening process of the filter chamber.While compressing, the pressure of hydraulic pump is increased and maintained. The electric contact pressure gauge will automatically maintain between the upper and lower limits of the pressure. After adjusting pressure and speed regulation, the hydraulic motor drives the drive sprockets, and selects the soft cable of rubber sleeve and the metal hose of the coat according to the capacity of the line, which are connected to L1, L2, L3 and PEN.Test run, observe the motor of oil pump (the wind blades look down from the top) should rotate clockwise.

Technical Data

♥The preparation before operation:Check the number of filter plates and the sequence in the machine, and move all the filter plates to the end of the thrust plate, check the condition of the filter cloth, the filter cloth must not be folded and broken. First check whether the upper limit pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge on the cylinder is adjusted to the range of 20Mpa, then shut the power switch, and the power indicator light is on.

♥Press the tight button switch to press the filter plate, the piston pushes the filter plate and presses all the filter plates. When the pressure gauge of the electric contact pressure gauge rises to the upper limit of pressure, the motor will stop automatically, and the working pressure value will maintain between the upper and lower limits.

♥Start feed pump to begin feed filtration. Ensure that the inlet valve is closed and the return valve is opened before feeding, and open the liquid outlet valve and close the air pressure inlet valve. Open the bottom valve of the autoclave and the inlet valve of the pressure filter pump. Start the pressure filtration pump, and then slowly open the feed valve. The filtrate in the earlier stage is muddy and gradually become clear. After the filter cake is formed between the plate and frame, close feed pump when the the filtrate is reduced and the feed pump pressure rises more steadily. The feed can be stopped when observing that there is no liquid outflow or less outflow in the liquid pipe. Press and close the feed pump. The pressure is about 0.5Mpa when the pressure filter is full of feed.
